New York City’s premier Beer Garden

Bisbee’s Time Square is New York City’s premier Beer Garden, serving a variety of city-local Beers, Wine, and classic NYC bites, including its signature custom-made Hotdogs, Pastrami, and Rueben sandwiches, and locally made pretzels and doughnuts. Located on Broadway between 43rd and 44th Street, Bisbee’s is the only seated outdoor food & beverage outlet in all of Time Square, open year-round.

Bisbee’s was founded by hospitality professionals Jonathan Morr and Chef Marc Spitzer, of Bond St, and Leslie Ng. Jonathan Morr is an established New York City Restaurateur who has held senior executive positions at many well-known hotels such as The Stanhope on Fifth Avenue and Ian Schrager’s The Royalton. In the 1990s Jonathan went on open a variety of restaurants as managing partner including Bond St, Republic, and Cherry (Dream Hotel). Leslie Ng is a hospitality real estate investor and founding partner of Waramaug Hospitality, a hotel investment firm with a portfolio of 40 properties throughout the United States. Jonathan and Leslie met in the late 1980s and went on to open Snackbox Hotdogs in 2011 in their award-winning, custom-designed shipping container at the heart of Time Square on 46th Street and Broadway.  Situated at the foot of the famed TKTS Staircase, the Snackbox kiosk was an immediate hit with both locals and tourists alike. Following the success of Snackbox Hotdogs, the partners have since introduced other exciting concepts- Burgerbox, an open space burger stand located in the heart of Time Square 42nd Street and Go Fish, a fast-casual grab-and-go sushi concept with locations at Urban Space Lexington and Urban Space 52nd Street. Their latest venture, Yono Sushi, brings the iconic elegance and authenticity of New York to a new level of convenience.  Located in the bustling Moynihan Train Station, Yono is a premium to-go destination.
